How long are your contracts?
Our plans are month-to-month, and can be cancelled with 30 days notice (or any time during the trial). We also offer an annual plan you can opt into after your trial for additional savings.
Can I pay with a payment method other than credit card?
We're sorry, but we can only accept your payments via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! When you pay annually, you’ll receive 12 months for the price of 10. Start with a free trial, then if you like it, switch to an annual plan in the Dashboard.
Will you notify me before my free trial ends and you bill me?
Absolutely. We’ll send you an email five days before your trial ends so you can cancel without getting billed if it’s not for you.
Can I switch plans after I sign up?
Yes — you can always change plans. You can upgrade automatically from the Dashboard, or contact us to make other changes.
What if I decide to cancel?
During the trial period, you can cancel at any time. Once your trial ends, your cancellation will go into effect in 30 days. Either way, you can cancel right from the Dashboard.
What happens if I go over the number of included page views?
Each plan includes a different number of page views, so it’s simple to choose the right plan for your page views. If you have seasonal variability, consider an annual plan, which combines all page views for the entire year. If you do go over,
Silver clients pay $25
for an additional 50,000
views, Gold clients pay $50
for an additional 100,000
views, and Platinum clients pay $50
for an additional 100,000 views
