How hard is it to integrate Bazaarvoice Express?
All you (or your developer) needs is a basic technical comfort level with JavaScript and CSS — and it usually only takes a few hours. You can also opt to have an integrator take care of it for you.

We offer specific integration support for the ProStores, Shopify, and Yahoo Merchant Solutions platforms, and we'll continue to add more.

Who owns the review content, and what happens to it if I cancel?
You own the content, and Bazaarvoice retains the right to use it. If you cancel, you'll still own all review content collected up to that date.
Is Bazaarvoice Express offered in languages other than English?
Yes — just if you'd like the solution in another language.

Can I have more than one site with Bazaarvoice Express?
Many of our plans allow you to add Bazaarvoice Express to multiple sites — just check our Pricing page to see how many are included. Please note that reviews can't be shared between sites.
Can I customize the design of Bazaarvoice Express?
Yes. Bazaarvoice Express includes a cascading style sheet (CSS) that allows you to customize it to match the unique look and feel of your site.
How do I make sure the tags on the Write a Review form will work for my products?
We offer over 3,000 different forms to choose from with different tags for different products. If you can't find a template that works for you, we can also customize a template (for a fee). Your customers also always have the option of adding their own tags.
Is there a way to collect customer service comments and product comments separately?
Yes! And not only can you capture them separately, you can choose to either display service comments alongside the product reviews or use them for internal purposes only.
Can I respond to a customer's review?
Yes — you can post a response to any review. If the reviewer wrote their review after receiving a review request email or provided their email address, you can also email the reviewer directly.
How does moderation work?
First, reviews go through an automated profanity filter. Then, our team of trained moderators make sure it's relevant to the product, and either approve or reject it. If it's approved, it's posted to your site. If you ever think an approved review is inappropriate, you also have the option to remove it.
Is SEO included in Express?
All Silver and higher subscription levels include Review Champion SEO, which provides landing pages with your review content. These pages are indexed by search engines, significantly improving your search relevance and ranking.
