Integration
How hard is it to integrate Bazaarvoice Express?
All you (or your developer) needs is a basic technical comfort level with JavaScript and CSS — and it usually only takes a few hours. You can also opt to have an integrator take care of it for you.
Do you have specific instructions for different ecommerce platforms?
We offer specific integration support for the ProStores, Shopify, and Yahoo Merchant Solutions platforms, and we'll continue to add more.
Can you recommend someone to integrate the solution for me?
We're happy to supply the contact information for several independent consultants who can integrate Bazaarvoice Express, usually at a reasonable rate.
Content
Who owns the review content, and what happens to it if I cancel?
You own the content, and Bazaarvoice retains the right to use it. If you cancel, you'll still own all review content collected up to that date.
Is Bazaarvoice Express offered in languages other than English?
Yes — just contact us if you'd like the solution in another language.
Product
Can I have more than one site with Bazaarvoice Express?
Many of our plans allow you to add Bazaarvoice Express to multiple sites — just check our Pricing page to see how many are included. Please note that reviews can't be shared between sites.
Can I customize the design of Bazaarvoice Express?
Yes. Bazaarvoice Express includes a cascading style sheet (CSS) that allows you to customize it to match the unique look and feel of your site.
How do I make sure the tags on the Write a Review form will work for my products?
We offer over 3,000 different forms to choose from with different tags for different products. If you can't find a template that works for you, we can also customize a template (for a fee). Your customers also always have the option of adding their own tags.
Is there a way to collect customer service comments and product comments separately?
Yes! And not only can you capture them separately, you can choose to either display service comments alongside the product reviews or use them for internal purposes only.
Can I respond to a customer's review?
Yes — you can post a response to any review. If the reviewer wrote their review after receiving a review request email or provided their email address, you can also email the reviewer directly.
How does moderation work?
First, reviews go through an automated profanity filter. Then, our team of trained moderators make sure it's relevant to the product, and either approve or reject it. If it's approved, it's posted to your site. If you ever think an approved review is inappropriate, you also have the option to remove it.
Is SEO included in Express?
All Silver and higher subscription levels include Review Champion SEO, which provides landing pages with your review content. These pages are indexed by search engines, significantly improving your search relevance and ranking.

How long are your contracts?
Our plans are month-to-month, and can be cancelled with 30 days notice (or any time during the trial). We also offer an annual plan you can opt into after your trial for additional savings.
Can I pay with a payment method other than credit card?
We're sorry, but we can only accept your payments via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! When you pay annually, you’ll receive 12 months for the price of 10. Start with a free trial, then if you like it, switch to an annual plan in the Dashboard.
Will you notify me before my free trial ends and you bill me?
Absolutely. We’ll send you an email five days before your trial ends so you can cancel without getting billed if it’s not for you.
Can I switch plans after I sign up?
Yes — you can always change plans. You can upgrade automatically from the Dashboard, or contact us to make other changes.
What if I decide to cancel?
During the trial period, you can cancel at any time. Once your trial ends, your cancellation will go into effect in 30 days. Either way, you can cancel right from the Dashboard.
What happens if I go over the number of included page views?
Each plan includes a different number of page views, so it’s simple to choose the right plan for your page views. If you have seasonal variability, consider an annual plan, which combines all page views for the entire year. If you do go over, Silver clients pay $25 for an additional 50,000 views, Gold clients pay $50 for an additional 100,000 views, and Platinum clients pay $50 for an additional 100,000 views .
How do I get help if I have questions after I sign up?
You’ll have access to articles, best practices, and FAQs through our Dashboard. And you can submit a help ticket any time.
