  • Can I customize the look and feel of Bazaarvoice Express?
    Yes. Bazaarvoice Express includes a style sheet that allows you to easily customize the user-interface to reflect the unique look and feel of your website. hide
  • How does moderation work?
    All incoming review content must first pass through an automated profanity filter. Then, our team of trained moderators checks each review to make sure it is relevant to the product being reviewed. We then send the review over to you for final approval or rejection. You ultimately have the final say about which reviews are displayed on your site. hide
  • Do I have to post all reviews, even negative ones?
    You can reject reviews if you wish, but we strongly advise against this. Multiple studies have proven negative reviews add credibility to retail sites. Shoppers become wary of sites that only display 4 and 5 star reviews for all their products. hide
  • Do I have access to a support person from Bazaarvoice?
    Through the dashboard, customers have access to an extensive knowledge base with helpful articles, best practice documents and answers to frequently asked questions. If clients need additional assistance, they can submit help desk tickets through the dashboard which will be answered in the order received. hide
